Our Mission: S.A.F.E (Self-Abuse Finally Ends) is a program developed to support any individuals who self-abuse, those who have loved ones that self-abuse, or anyone else seeking to understand self-abuse in general. This website serves as a safe place for people to learn more about self-abuse and get the help they need. S.A.F.E seeks to provides knowledge surrounding self-abuse as well as helpful treatment information, specifically the S.A.F.E support groups available in the Waterloo Region and how to get in touch with these services.
There are many myths and stereotypes surrounding self-abuse and this site hopes to be an informative tool to dispell these. Self-abuse is a real and serious issue and should be approached with compassion and without judgement. LOOKING TO START YOUR
